Matter switches, dimmers and relays for Homey

In Homey, a switch's extras depend on its driver, and several stop at on, off and dimming. Inovelli's official app gives the White Series dimmer no button or multi-tap Flow cards, and over Thread, Homey cannot set the dial sensitivity or the minimum and maximum dimming range on Aqara's Dimmer Switch H2. Shelly relays are well covered: the Shelly Control app pairs Gen3 relays through Shelly's local network API and Gen4 relays over that API, Matter or Zigbee. The Shelly 2PM Gen3 sits in the limited section because only the legacy Shelly app covers it, and Shelly recommends Shelly Control for new devices.
