Tapo L730-6 KIT is the four-pack option for 6-inch recessed lighting. It brings each downlight into Matter over Wi-Fi and includes Tapo Mate switch hardware for the kit setup.

Setup path
Confirm the fixture size, hardwire boxes, and electrical plan before ordering. During setup, name each downlight by position, then group them in your Matter ecosystem if the room should behave as one zone.
Keep the Tapo app for firmware, effects, and Tapo Mate switch behavior. Matter should be treated as the shared control layer.
What to check
The biggest risks are weak ceiling Wi-Fi and rushed naming. Test all four lights before finishing the install, especially if the router is far from the room or the ceiling boxes sit behind dense material.
